About Riverside
As one of the UK's premier music education facilities; Riverside offers a technically advanced, professional learning environment.
This allows us to provide a range of additional features for students attending music lessons at our Glasgow college. Students can take the opportunity to get involved in recording projects and group performances. Students aged 10-16 will also have the opportunity to participate in our end of term showcase events.
Our Guitar Tutors
We offer one to one tuition and also group guitar lessons. Our senior guitar tutors Johnny and Jamie have years of experience as professional guitarists in the music industry with session guitar credits including; Belle and Sebastian, BMX Bandits, Jerry Lee Lewis, Nice Man and the Bad Boys and Teenage Fanclub.
Our tutors have a wealth of knowledge and skills in a range of styles on acoustic and electric including: rock, blues, jazz, funk, reggae, punk, metal, contemporary, finger picking, gypsy, classical and traditional.
The complex is ideally located for those looking for guitar lessons in Glasgow. We are only a short walk away from Busby railway station, which serves East Kilbride as well as other key locations in Glasgow Southside, such as Clarkston and Giffnock.
Please note: as of 1st February 2015, Riverside Music College adheres to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson must pay the full cost of the lesson
